What is The Fund for Belen?
All gifts to The Fund for Belen go immediately to the school’s most pressing needs and benefit our current students in all aspects of their educational experience. Over 70% of the gifts made last year went towards the financial assistance program. In addition to providing resources for academic, technological, faculty recruitment and retention, your gift supports the continuous operation of your Alumni Association, funds Alumni BConnected, Alumni Tours, and the Bi-Annual Alumni magazine.
How much is the tuition "GAP" at Belen Jesuit?
Belen’s tuition is $2,388, below the cost to educate each student. This $2,388 shortfall, referred to as the “gap” is intentional and allows Belen to remain accessible to as many families as possible.
Can I make a recurring gift?
Yes! We can set up a monthly, recurring payment on either a credit card or debit card.
What is the Alumni Tombola Challenge?
The friendly gift-giving competition aims to identify the top three classes with the highest giving. Those classes will be given the opportunity to select one of our signature Tombola booths. The top ten classes with the highest participation will be assigned a Tombola booth. All gifts to The Fund for Belen go immediately to the school’s most pressing needs and benefit our current students in all aspects of their educational experience. Over 70% of the gifts made last year went towards the financial assitance program. In addition to providing resources for academic, technology, faculty recruitment, and retention, all gifts support the continuous operation of the Alumni Association, funds Alumni BConnected, Alumni tours, and the Bi-Annual Alumni magazine. The challenge will end on December 31st at 11:59 p.m. and the winners will be announced on January 10th.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
All gifts made to the Fund for Belen are 100% tax-deductible. After you make your gift online you will receive a receipt via email.
I already made a gift earlier this year. Will that count?
Thank you for supporting Belen Jesuit. We are counting gifts from August 1, 2024. Please consider making an additional gift to your alma mater by December 31st. Share your Belen experience and say "thank you" by sharing your story on social media and using #AlumniTombolaChallenge.
